It was a rough journey in the beginning and I almost did not make it past my 14th birthday. Yes, I have a lot to be grateful for.

Biggest Challenges that I overcame:
finishing my high school and then a BCOM when I was 28 years old.

Ways I find to expand my energy:

yoga, running, swimming, cycling,  and various activities in the outdoors.

playful, smiley, funny, kind, filled with compassion

Biggest lesson I've learnt:

be good to yourself and in turn, you will be good to others.

Favourite moments while travelling:

joking with Quecha women on the shores of Lake Titicaca, seeing Lake Titicaca from the Bolivian Andes at an altitude of 5200 metres, having a water fight with a Balinese family while rivier rafting near Ubud, living in a house boat on the Seine river in Paris, seeing beautiful sunsets from tropical places, staying in a Zen temple in the mountains just outside of  Kyoto
